When Tomorrow Ends
By R. Cary
Lifted clouds canvas the edge of this earth
Seeking a mirage passively tilting to unveil
A shimmer determined in heaven’s rebirth
The sky reflecting my internal self to prevail
With a sun risen and haze long departed
My body sinks inward towards its beating
Rhythm flowing as the sky enters my heart
Space growing as the winds pass sweeping
An essence invigorating my body warming
With the skies rays glowing innate my might
Resurrects glistening remembrance reforming
Internal winds as gusts falling as skies light
As my mind speaks my body’s existing truth
Lived as a canvas dusting my life with proof
End
When Tomorrow Ends
